I am writing to you this follow up email with regards a question that is already published on this site about termination of parental rights, rights of the child, alimony in Ukraine. Much like the French gentleman who is married to a Ukrainian lady, I find myself in an identical situation. Reading detailed response was incredibly insightful and helpful. |

Thank you for your advice! I am a citizen of United States but am residing in UK. My husband is Russian citizen and is living in Russia. Can I initiate divorce proceedings in Russia? I would not like to do this in UK as it takes 2 years! I appreciate your help. |
