Dear Karina, I am happy to inform you that the French judge declared that she has no jurisdiction over the divorce as you can read in the attached e-mail I received from my French lawyer. I think you can reopen the case in St Petersburg. As soon as I receive the judgment by e-mail I will forward it to you, with regards, Steven-Charles |

But my parents are Russian citizens,and acording to the type of they previous work, they should retire at age of 50.But Russian pension fond is not going give any money at any age, because they worked in the country which no longer belongs to the Soviet Union. Can you please give an advice how to solve the problem. Thank you for answer. |
