hello I am Elia from lebanon, and I want to get married moldavian gril from tiraspol, and u know about Lebanese people cant have visa to moldova.
so I want to visit ZAGS in odessa, and she ll wait me too in odessa.

how much money we need for office to get married in one week and not wait to much time.

Elia, you or your bride should be registered in territory of Ukraine to have the right to get married in Ukraine.
Still it is necessary for you to have the transfer of passports assured of consulate of Ukraine in your countries.
Also it is necessary to have a document that you and your bride are not in married.
Term of registration - one month. To register faster it is necessary to have document that your bride is pregnant.
